early 2024 i bought a 2001 subaru wrx sedan for $500 to manual swap my 2002 subaru wrx wagon (4eat) to save the hastle of wiring i did a bulkhead harness swap, took the manual ecu and transponder unit from the parts car, gearbox, diff, driveshaft, cv shafts, shift linkage, clutch industries heavy duty clutch kit, whitline shift bush kit and pitch stop, i also swapped all 3 pedals from the parts car as it had the factory sport pedals, i also swaped in the control arms as my wagon had steel vs the sedan had alloy, tbh it was a easy swap but the harness swap was a pita for a beginner
